House Rules - MINISTRY of FUN

Every visitor is required to familiarize themselves with these house rules upon entering the premises. By entering, the visitor agrees to abide by these rules and commits to following them.

 
I. Operator
1.1. The operator of the "MINISTRY of FUN" club (hereinafter referred to as "the club") is RUDOLF TUČEK – MINISTRY, through its authorized employees and external staff (hereinafter referred to as "the operator"), headquartered at Haškova 5844/36, 97411 Banská Bystrica.

 
II. General Provisions
2.1. These house rules define certain behavioral guidelines for club visitors. They do not override any obligations arising from generally binding legal regulations, legal acts, good manners, rules of courtesy and proper conduct, or the operator's organizational instructions.

2.2. Every visitor must conduct themselves in a manner that does not endanger life, health, property, rights, or legitimate interests of themselves or others. Visitors must also respect public order and refrain from disturbing or harassing others.

 
III. Operational and Visitor Guidelines
3a. Entry & Expulsion from the Club
3.1. A visitor is anyone who enters the club premises.

3.2. Entry to and stay in the club is not a legal entitlement, even if admission is paid.

3.3. If an admission fee is charged, entry is allowed only after payment. A ticket will be issued upon payment and is non-transferable. The admission fee is non-refundable.

3.4. Visitors must show their valid ticket upon request by the operator. Failure to do so or transferring the ticket to another person may result in expulsion.

3.5. If a visitor is expelled for violating these rules, they are not entitled to a refund.

3.6. Visitors must comply with the house rules and follow the instructions of designated staff. Violations may lead to expulsion or legal action.

3.7. Entry is allowed only to individuals over 16 years old and VIP areas are restricted to visitors over 18. ID verification is required. The operator reserves the right to change age restrictions.

3.8. For security reasons, visitors may be asked to show the contents of their pockets or bags. Refusal will result in denied entry.

3.9. The operator has the right to conduct security checks at any time.

3.10. Intoxicated persons, individuals under the influence of drugs, aggressive persons, or those posing a security threat will be denied entry.

3.11. The operator may refuse entry to inappropriately dressed individuals at its discretion (e.g., dirty, torn, or smelly clothing, tracksuits, camouflage clothing, sandals, work attire, etc.).

3.12. Dangerous items (e.g., weapons, ammunition, defense sprays, tasers, fireworks, pressurized containers, syringes) are prohibited. Such items will be stored securely and returned upon departure. Refusal to comply will result in denied entry.

3.13. Illegal substances and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.

3.14. Bringing outside food and beverages is not allowed. Items will be confiscated and disposed of, except for pre-approved celebratory items like cakes or gifts.

3.15. Visitors under the influence of alcohol or drugs who disturb others or threaten property may be expelled.

3.16. Visitors who publicly support previously expelled individuals may also be removed from the premises.

3.17. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Open flames
Consumption of illegal substances
Use of roller skates, skateboards, or scooters
Bringing animals into the club
Damaging club property
Unauthorized access to restricted areas (e.g., DJ booth, dancer platforms)
Throwing objects
Tampering with electrical systems
Misusing fire safety equipment
3b. Cloakroom, Property Damage, and Liability
3.18. Visitors enter the club at their own risk. The operator is only liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence by its staff.

3.19. Visitors are advised to store coats, bags, and bulky items in the cloakroom.

3.20. The operator is not responsible for valuables stored in the cloakroom.

3.21. Lost and found items will be stored for one week before disposal.

3.22. Removing glassware, plastic cups, or other club property from the premises is prohibited.

3.23. Visitors are responsible for any damage they cause to the club and will be required to compensate for it.

3.24. Accidents or property damage must be reported to the club staff immediately.

3.25. A first aid kit is available at the club. Staff members can assist with minor injuries.

3.26. External event organizers are responsible for safety during their events.

3c. Photography and Video Recording
3.27. By entering the club, visitors consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes by the operator.

3.28. Only images that violate the photographed person's legitimate interests (e.g., unflattering or inappropriate images) will be removed upon request.

 
IV. Club Operating Hours
4.1. The club is open during the following hours: Friday, Saturday: 21:00 – 4:45

4.2. Staying on the premises outside operating hours is prohibited.

4.3. The operator reserves the right to modify operating hours or close the club for justified reasons, such as low attendance (under 100 people) or security concerns.

4.4. Visitors are not entitled to a refund if the club closes earlier than scheduled.

The operator reserves the right to modify these house rules at any time.
